Before going freelance, I worked for a software company as a Senior Manager, having a wide range of experience in the Software & Holiday industries, coupled with long experience dealing with Public Sector organisations. I have proven leadership skills involving creating, managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives combined with first-class analytical, design and problem solving skills. I am dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and excellent customer relations.

Major Achievements

• Partner in a successful management takeover and subsequent sale to US company.
• Successfully managed depts. (including Development, Installations & Support) through periods of expansion and downsizing.
• Successfully managed project installations, both in Europe and the US.
• Joint technical lead in international software and support sales.
